An X-Award is more than just recognition. It’s a middle finger to the lingering shame around fetish. It’s a spotlight on fearless creativity, on those who dare to lead, and on the wild spirit that fuels our community. Every nomination, every vote and every win is proof that we’re not fading into the background. We’re here to make noise.
As if that weren’t enough, brace yourself for a verbal showdown like no other. Ivana, queen of shade, goes head-to-head with Mr. Jay in a ruthless battle of wit, sass and brutal honesty. Sparks will fly, heels will stomp and egos may not survive. One stage, two icons and a whole lot of attitude.
It’s loud, unapologetic and a clear reminder that the gay fetish scene isn’t just alive. It’s here to stay. Between the awards, expect surprise performances, bold moments and maybe even a blush or two. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is watered down.
Members of the public are invited to nominate individuals, brands and organisations for the X-Awards. Submissions are possible until Friday 9 January 2026.
From hundreds of submissions, the 50-member X-Awards Committee selects four finalists in each category.
The final vote is in the hands of the community. Voting is opened from 21 to 30 January 2026 (12 pm). Winners will be announced during the live X-Awards show on Sunday 8 March 2026 at Beyond Darklands.
