Ultimate Alpha Pass

We advise you to book a locker in in advance for the full event or on a daily basis.

If you purchase a locker during the presale, your locker number and locker code will be mailed to you on the last Monday before the start of the festival. If you did not receive your number and code, you can obtain them at the Locker Rental Desk.

Although they are much more expensive than presale lockers, you can still rent one on a per-event or daily basis. Small lockers are always available. Large lockers tend to sell out quickly.

Ultimate Alpha Pass holders do not need to rent a locker. A personal large locker is included with your ticket.

At Darklands, we’re committed to creating an enjoyable and seamless experience – and that includes how you enter the festival and pay for food or drinks. With our cashless NFC system, transactions are quick, easy, and tailored to the needs of Darklands visitors.

When you arrive at the event, you’ll receive your personal Darkband with a built-in NFC chip. This Darkband is your key enter to the festival grounds and to purchasing food and drinks.

Yes. To enter or exit the Darklands Village, you must scan your Darkband at the entrance.

No. The Ultimate Alpha Pass includes a personal large locker in the dedicated Alpha changing area. There’s no need to order one separately.

No worries! Please email us at cr@darklands.be with the relevant details (name, ticket, email address used, etc.), and we will do our best to retrieve your lost tickets.

Have you already purchased your ticket(s), but something has come up that prevents you from visiting the festival? Sell your ticket in the safest way possible via our partner TicketSwap. TicketSwap is the safest way to buy and sell tickets for Beyond Darklands. Buyers receive their tickets right after paying, while sellers are guaranteed their money.

Visit the Beyond Darklands page on TicketSwap to sell your ticket(s). It is also possible to set an alert and get notified when a ticket becomes available. Do not buy Darklands tickets on the black market. Scammers are known to sell counterfeit tickets.

Beyond Darklands uses a cashless system for purchasing food and drinks.

When you arrive at the event, your tickets will be exchanged for a personal wristband (Darkband) with a built-in NFC chip.

This Darkband is your key to entering the festival grounds and purchasing food and drinks.

You can easily top up your balance by scanning the QR code on your Darkband with your smartphone, or with cash at one of the top-up booths on site.

At the end of the festival, refunds for any remaining balance can be requested for a €1 service fee. Scan the QR code on your Darkband between 9 am on Sunday 28 February and 9 am on Sunday 8 March 2027, to request your refund. If you topped up with cash, you will need to provide an IBAN number in order for us to process your refund.

Refunds will be paid back starting Friday 12 March and may take anywhere from a few days up to two weeks, depending on the payment method used.

By not requesting a refund within the stated period, you agree that your remaining balance will automatically be donated to the WR1 Foundation, which supports and strengthens the fetish community.

At Beyond Darklands, we operate on a no-refund policy for all ticket purchases, including entry tickets and add-ons. We understand that plans may change, which is why we encourage guests to double-check their schedules before purchasing.

Your locker number and locker code will be sent to you by email on Monday, 15 February 2027. If you do not receive your number and code, you can obtain them at the “Locker Rental Desk”.

Please note that resale via TicketSwap is a courtesy and not a guaranteed right. From Sunday 7 February 2027 onwards, resale via TicketSwap will no longer be possible. This is required to process and transfer all ticket information to the locker company in time. Once this information has been shared, locker details will be sent to the original ticket holder, which creates a security risk in case of resale.

During Beyond Darklands, lockers will still be available for purchase per day or per event.
