Mr. Fetish World is more than a title. It is a celebration of fetish culture on a global scale, bringing together passionate contestants from every corner of the world to showcase their pride, personality and unique journey within the community.

Powered by Beyond Darklands, WR1, Mr. Riegillio, Haus Of Health and The Boots, the 2027 edition raises the bar once again.

From 17 to 21 February 2027, Antwerp becomes the international home of fetish excellence. Over five unforgettable days, contestants will take on a series of challenges across multiple Beyond Darklands stages, each designed to reveal not only their confidence and creativity but also the person behind the gear.

Forget closed-door interviews and hidden judging panels. Every challenge unfolds live in front of the audience, turning the competition into a shared experience where spectators become part of the journey. Expect golden buzzers, golden tickets, unexpected twists and playful moments that test quick thinking, authenticity and charisma.

Because becoming Mr. Fetish World is not just about wearing the title. It is about living it.

Contest rules

To apply, you must:

Be 21 or older
Identify as male or transman
Be a citizen of planet earth (exceptions can be made)
Be available from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 February 2027
Not hold an active fetish title or compete in another contest at the same time. Once accepted, you agree to focus fully on Mr. Fetish World 2027 until it ends.

The Dark Five

The Dark Five is a society of five persons who audit and advise the organization for the Mr. Fetish World contest.
They ensure that everything is fair and according to the rules, and intervene when this is not the case.

Each member has been given their own fictional identity, with each having a connection to their true identity. During the entire duration of the contest, the members of The Dark Five will be among the audience or the organization with their own identity and will follow the competition closely.

Pronoun: they

The Pure One

The Maori’s have a long history, originating from Polynesia. Kowhai lives amongst the indigenous inhabitants on a remote island.

Kowhai is openly gay, known as Takatāpui. Māori, LGBT people of any culture are referred to as takatāpui. In English, a takatāpui person is a Māori individual who is Gay, Lesbian, bisexual or transgender.

In the daily life, Kowhai is self employed. The company they own is active in canoe building.

Kowhai and their partner live life off grid, on a self-sustainable farm.

The Sneaky One

Lagarto lives among the Indigenous group known as the Yanomamo, who have been living in the Amazon for thousands of years.

For Lagarto it is impossible to be openly gay in her village, but in her job as development officer for the indigenous community she spends most of her time in capital cities. While her cabin in the rainforest is home, Lagarto travels constantly to attend gay events where she gives support in all discretion.

The Wise One

As former owner of several Beach clubs worldwide, Yarok build his own business empire. Since his retirement he has lived a simple rural life on his remote olive farm.

As the oldest member of the Dark Five society, we all acknowledge Yarok as the Wise one.

He is a well known and respected fore fighter for LGBTQIA+ rights. He sits on the board of several non-profits to maintain and protect these rights.

Yarok and his husband celebrate this year their 22nd anniversary.

The Vibrant One

AKAI-KEN is a well known Japanese designer for specific sex toys.

For their profession, Akai-Ken travels a lot and has made friends all over the world. As multi-fetishist, multi-sexual, basically multi-everything, Akai-Ken is a happy single to be able to experience their sexuality in the broadest possible way. For the Dark Five, Akai-Ken is the one with knowledge about almost any known fetish as they literally try any fetish crossing their path.

The Wild One

Cowboy Woody is the well known host in the TV show “Woody’s Wild West Show”.

Woody lives his life openly as gay, and is in a polyamorous relationship with his gay partners Buzz and Andy. They live together on their ranch, and co-own the cowboy gaybar “Woody’s Wildwest Lightyear Bar”.

It’s fair to say that Woody is an untamable cowboy. Those who know Woody will confirm that he has a heart of Gold, but don’t mess with Woody, because he will not hesitate to challenge you for a real western duel. This will not consist of guns, but on the mechanical bull in the middle of his bar.

Within the Dark Five Society, Woody is definitely known as the wild one!
