Welcome to the first Darklands Signature Hotel, in collaboration with A-STAY Antwerp. All of the 160 rooms will be reserved for Darklands visitors. Time to upgrade your stay during Darklands with a completely new experience.

Darklands: The Hotel is conveniently located next to the central train station and minutes from the city center so Antwerp is at your feet. Take the free shuttle bus at the stop nearby for a safe and easy travel to Fusion and Rage, and back to the hotel.

  • Parking : Cars and planet don’t really go hand in hand, so we offer 10 parking spots only at € 28. If you can’t avoid traveling by car, make sure to book in advance. Alternative solution is 5min walking distance from us. Ask us to secure your spot. The hotel is located right next to the Central Train Station so perfect for travellers by train or coming from Brussels Airport which has a direct connection to Antwerp.
  • Lockers : Arriving early, leaving late, you can drop your luggage off in a locker with an extra charge ( €5,5 ) and on availability only.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge until 14 days before arrival.

  • Check-in starts at 3PM.
  • To check-in, you’ll need a European ID or international passport (driver’s license is not a valid ID document in Belgium) and a credit or debit card as method of payment. 
  • Check-out is at 11AM.

Darklands welcome desk

In the hotel lobby you will find a Darklands welcome desk where you can pick-up your wristbands and purchase tokens in advance to avoid waiting at the festival. You’ll also receive your welcome gift at this desk, pick up rental slings and our hosts will gladly help you with any questions you might have.

Welcome desk opening hours:
Thursday 29 February from 8 am till 8pm
Friday 1 March from 8 am till 12 pm
If you arrive after closure of the welcome desk, you can pick up your welcome gift box at the hotel bar.

Fetish breakfast

Breakfast is served between 7 and 11 am in the heated City Garden and inside the lobby, the new covered patio. Gear is strongly recommended at our fetish breakfasts. Breakfast is not standard included but you can add it to your reservation during the booking process or at the hotel itself.

Fetish Breakfast: € 19 p.p

Dog bowls are available for handlers and masters to give their pups and slaves an appropriate breakfast.

The Fetish Breakfast is available on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March. Other days the hotel offers their regular breakfast.

Welcome gift

Make sure to pick up your special welcome gift at the Darklands welcome desk.

Sling rental

 

The Darklands Hotel offers a portable sling rental service which you can put in your room. 

The sling comes with a utility package including cleaning materials, condoms and lube.

RENTAL COST: € 60*

You will be asked to pay a deposit of € 200 which will be refunded after return.

Equipment Rental Agreement: Deposit, Payment, and Refund Policy
  • Slings can be picked up at the Darklands Welcome Desk during its opening hours on Thursday and Friday.
  • Equipment must be returned in clean condition and must include all supplied accessories (except disposables).
  • Returns: on the day of your departure at the bar  staff in the hotel lobby.
  • Upon clean return, your deposit will be refunded to your bank account. € 50 will be deducted from the deposit if sling requires cleaning.
  • Refund fee in case of cancellation is € 20.
The amount of available slings is limited.
