Submit company information

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: 31 July 2021
We’ll need some information about your company which will be used to communicate your attendance via our website, magazine, newsletter, etc …
To complete this form you’ll need to provide a company logo and VAT information for billing (if applicable).

Vendor Ticketing

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: 1 APRIL 2022
As company owner you will receive two madness passes for yourself and your partner. These passes provide entrance to the daytime festival and all the parties on all four days. 
Your crew receives access to 4-day daytime festival.

You are able to order party tickets or Madness tickets for your crew in order for them to enjoy the parties at night.  When we’ve received payment, the tickets will be send to your e-mail address. 

To complete this form you’ll need full names of all of your crew members.

Furniture and services

Catering and tokens

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: 1 APRIL 2022
Use the link below to order food for your crew during build-up or to order tokens at a discounted price to use at the entire event. Food is served in the crew hospitality area.

Between 11am and 1pm we serve soup, bread rolls with various toppings, fruit, yoghurt and sweet snacks. (price: €7 p.p. drinks included)

Between 5pm and 7pm we serve a daily changing hot meal. This can be pork, chicken, fish, pasta, etc … (price: €14 p.p. drinks included)
