The Darklands Flag Design Contest invites participants to submit an original flag concept that visually represents the Beyond Darklands festival and its global fetish community.
Participants must submit an original concept design that meets the technical specifications outlined in the official call. Only original and unpublished work will be considered. All entries must be received no later than Friday, September 26, 2025.
The winner will be selected based on creativity, symbolism, design quality, and alignment with the spirit of Beyond Darklands.
The creator of the winning concept agrees to collaborate with Thunderwood bv to finalize the design into a finished, production-ready flag. This process may involve technical, visual or conceptual adjustments as mutually agreed upon.
By entering the contest, participants declare that they are the sole creator of their submitted work and that the design does not infringe on any third-party rights.
The creator of the winning design agrees to transfer all intellectual property rights of the final artwork exclusively and irrevocably to Thunderwood bv, including all rights to reproduce, modify, publish and use the design in any form, in any medium, worldwide and without time limitations.
The winner will not receive financial compensation. Instead, the selected designer will receive the following prize package, valued at over €1000:
