Thunderwood bv respects the privacy of its website visitors, especially their rights regarding the automatic processing of personal data. We believe in complete transparency about the processing of personal data, its purposes, and how you can exercise your legal rights.

This is the only applicable version of our Privacy Policy while visiting our websites until it is replaced by an updated version.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter via a link in the footer of the newsletter email or contact us via privacy@darklands.com. Please include a signed copy of a valid ID and your contact details. We’ll respond within one month, extendable to two months if needed.

Article 8 – Legal obligations

If required by law, we may provide your data to authorities after a valid request. In such cases, data protection no longer applies. If data is essential for access to the website, this will be clearly indicated.

Article 9 – Commercial use of data

We may send you commercial offers. To opt out, email privacy@darklands.be. Your data will not be shared with partners for commercial purposes.

If you see others’ personal data on our site, you must refrain from collecting or misusing it. We are not liable for such third-party misuse.

Article 11 – Imagery and products

No rights can be derived from any product imagery shown on our website.

Article 12 – Governing law

This policy is governed by Belgian law. Only the courts in the controller’s district have jurisdiction, unless otherwise legally specified.
