STIs – Protect yourself and your pleasure

Nothing ruins the moment like second-guessing yourself afterward. Am I protected? Should I get tested? What about vaccines? Here’s what you need to know for stress-free fun:

  • PrEP & DoxyPEP – how they work and whether they’re right for you.
  • Testing & vaccination – when, where, and why you should get tested.
  • Facts vs. myths – STIs come in many forms, but not everything you hear is true.

Make smart choices

Whether you’re curious, experimenting, or experienced with chemsex, understanding how substances work (and their effects) is essential. Discover:

  • The Drugs Wheel & interaction chart – learn how chems affect you and which combinations are risky.
  • Safer use tips – stay in control and keep your experience balanced.
  • Budd App – a smart tool to help you make informed choices.

Kink with a healthy mindset

Your mental health is just as important as your physical well-being. BDSM and fetish can be empowering, but they can also come with challenges. You can explore:

  • Self-check: “how am I really doing?” – take a moment to reflect on your emotions and well-being.
  • Consent & communication – learn how to set and respect boundaries.
  • Coping with stress, shame & self-image – kink is freedom, but sometimes also a journey of self-discovery.
